Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pierce the cherry tomatoes with a needle, mix them with a tablespoon of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and thyme, and place them in an oven preheated to 355°F for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Stuff the cleaned sea bass, which has been scaled and gutted, with a mixture of tarragon, salt, and lemon zest. Drizzle with olive oil and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve with tomatoes drizzled with lemon juice.
