- Smoked haddock fillet 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Chives ½ tablespoon
- Tarragon ½ tablespoon
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Brush the fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place it on a baking sheet lined with foil, skin side down, and bake until cooked through for about 12 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the piece of fish in half, remove the skin, and transfer to a plate. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped chives and tarragon.
