Baked Salmon with Pumpkin and Sweet Potato

Description
You can use fish seasoning. If you don't have it, mix the following spices: sweet paprika, black pepper, turmeric, ginger, white pepper, and salt. Use about half a teaspoon of each spice.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salmon 20 oz
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Sweet Potato 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the piece of salmon along the backbone and open it like a book. Generously coat it with olive oil mixed with soy sauce. Sprinkle spices on top.
Step 2
Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Surround it with slices of pumpkin and sweet potato, also brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with spices. You can add salt.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 180–390°F for 20–25 minutes. Serve immediately.
