  • Salmon 0 lbs
  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Green peppercorns 40 pieces
  • Ocean salt to taste

Step 1

Make cuts across the fillet every 3–4 cm to create pockets.

Step 2

Mix the chopped dill with the cottage cheese or homemade cheese.

Step 3

Fill each cut with the prepared mixture.

Step 4

Sprinkle the fillet with sea salt, and add a little fish seasoning and pink peppercorns.

Step 5

Wrap the prepared fillet in foil and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 390°F, until the cuts open up completely.

Step 6

Serve with a fresh salad.
