Ingredients
- Coho salmon fillet 20 oz
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Celery salt to taste
- Turnips 3 pieces
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Olive Oil ½ cup
- Garlic 0 oz
- Thyme 2 sprigs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the Norwegian salmon fillet into pieces and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Coat the fried pieces in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and butter.
Step 3
Place the fish in an oven preheated to 160°C (320°F); cook until golden brown.
Step 4
Cut the vegetables into strips and sauté in oil with garlic, thyme, and spices.
Step 5
Place the cooked salmon on top of the vegetables and drizzle with sauce.
Step 6
It is best served with ciabatta rolls and aromatic olives.
