Clean the fish from scales, trim the fins, wash under running water, dry with a paper towel, and cut into portion-sized pieces.
Step 3
Salt the fish to taste and rub with fish seasoning.
Step 4
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and place it in a bowl.
Step 5
Add 1 heaping tablespoon of sour cream to the grated cheese in the bowl.
Step 6
Grate 1 teaspoon of lemon zest on a fine grater and add it to the bowl with the grated cheese and sour cream.
Step 7
Wash the dill, finely chop it, and add it to the bowl with the cheese and sour cream.
Step 8
Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 9
Peel the onion, wash it well, cut it into thick strips, and salt to taste. Squeeze 1 tablespoon of lemon juice from the lemon and add it to the chopped onion. Mix everything well.

Cover the dish with a lid or foil, and if desired, add a few lemon slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 30–40 minutes.
