Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1 head
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Dill 0 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Hard Cheese 0 oz
  • Herbs to taste
  • Fish Oil to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) 4 pieces
  • Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
  • Salmon 15 oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Clean the fish from scales, trim the fins, wash under running water, dry with a paper towel, and cut into portion-sized pieces.

Salt the fish to taste and rub with fish seasoning.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and place it in a bowl.

Add 1 heaping tablespoon of sour cream to the grated cheese in the bowl.

Grate 1 teaspoon of lemon zest on a fine grater and add it to the bowl with the grated cheese and sour cream.

Wash the dill, finely chop it, and add it to the bowl with the cheese and sour cream.

Peel the onion, wash it well, cut it into thick strips, and salt to taste. Squeeze 1 tablespoon of lemon juice from the lemon and add it to the chopped onion. Mix everything well.

Place the fish in a baking dish on top of the prepared onion, add 4 whole allspice berries to the dish, and spread the prepared mixture of hard cheese, sour cream, dill, and lemon zest over each piece of fish.
