- Maple syrup 1 cup
- Soy Sauce 0.3 cups
- Smoked haddock fillet 25 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste

Step 1
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and soy sauce. Add the fish, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 500°F. Grease a sheet of foil with oil and place it on a baking tray.
Step 4
Pour the pepper onto a small plate and coat the pieces of fish in it. Place on the baking tray and bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes until cooked. Serve immediately.
