Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 2 pieces
- Frozen green bean pods 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Place each piece of fish on a 30 cm round cut from parchment paper.
Step 3
Top with a spoonful of peas, sprinkle with minced garlic, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
Step 4
Seal the edges of the paper by folding the fish into an envelope. Transfer to a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
Step 6
Transfer the fish to plates and slightly open the paper by cutting a cross on top.
