- Gruyère cheese 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Pickles 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the fish, cut it into portion-sized pieces, fry in oil, and place in a heatproof skillet.
Step 2
Grate the cheese, mix it with the cream, and pour this over the fish. Simmer for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
