- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Shallot 1 piece
- Dry White Wine 2 tablespoons
- Fish Oil 5 fl oz

Step 1
Grease a glass baking dish with olive oil.

Place the fillet in the glass baking dish.
Step 3
Drizzle the fish with lemon juice.
Step 4
Soften the remaining butter, mix it with breadcrumbs, chopped shallot, and parsley.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the mixture over the fillet.
Step 7
Pour in the stock and wine.
Step 8
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 445°F for 10 minutes.
