Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Oyster Mushrooms 5 oz
- Garlic 5 cloves
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Rabbit 1 piece
- Leek 1 stalk
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the rabbit into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2–4 parts depending on their size.
Step 3
Break the oyster mushrooms into small branches.
Step 4
Coat the pieces of rabbit with spices, place them in a large dish, add the potatoes, oyster mushrooms, chopped garlic, and pour over the cream. Bake in the oven for 40–60 minutes at 355°F.
Step 5
Remove the finished dish and sprinkle with thinly sliced rings of leek.
