Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Pumpkin 20 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and pumpkin separately, not cooking them completely. Cut into cubes.
Step 2
In vegetable oil, lightly sauté the finely chopped onion and ham over medium heat.
Step 3
Mix the ham and onion with the pumpkin and potatoes and place in a baking dish.
Step 4
Combine grated cheddar (100 g) with milk, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Pour the cheese mixture over the potatoes and pumpkin.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated cheddar (100 g) on top.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 355°F until golden brown (about 35-40 minutes).
