Ingredients

  • Pumpkin 15 oz
  • Thyme 1 bunch
  • Ground Nutmeg 1 teaspoon
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut it into large wedges. Place the wedges in a baking dish.

Step 2

Rub the pumpkin with salt and pepper, sprinkle with nutmeg and thyme leaves. Drizzle the pumpkin with olive oil and place the remaining thyme sprigs whole.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. The pumpkin is ready when it slips off a knife when pierced under its own weight.
