Baked Potatoes with Thyme Soufflé

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 10 pieces
  • Cream 10 oz
  • Thyme 1 bunch
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For baked potatoes with thyme soufflé, we need: potatoes, cream, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Heat 250 ml of cream, and without removing from heat, add 5 sprigs of thyme. Simmer the sauce on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the sprigs, strain the sauce, cool it down, and refrigerate for 5 hours. Preheat the oven to 390°F. Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake for 1 hour.

Step 3

Whip the sauce with a mixer until it becomes airy soufflé, adding salt and pepper to taste. Serve the baked potatoes hot, cut in half, and place a spoonful of soufflé in the center.
