- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Suluguni Cheese 10 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dill 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes, peel them, and slice into rounds.
Step 2
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the potatoes on it. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Grate the cheese. Finely chop the dill and garlic. Place in a separate bowl and mix thoroughly with the sour cream.
Step 4
Spread the mixture over the potatoes and place in the oven at 390°F for 50 minutes.
