- Vienna Sausage 8 pieces
- New Potatoes 30 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Herbs 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil, add two tablespoons of flour. When the onion becomes translucent, add the chopped pepper.
Step 2
On a baking sheet, place the sausages, young potatoes, and pour the onion and pepper sauce over them. Add a glass of broth or water. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the oven at 355°F until the potatoes are cooked.
Step 3
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
