- Salad Potatoes 12 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Parsley 5 sprigs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and bake at 355°F for about 25–30 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes).
Step 2
For the sauce, chop the garlic and herbs (parsley or dill), add salt, and grind well to release the flavors.
Step 3
Dress the sauce with vegetable oil and serve with the baked potatoes.
