  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Marinated cherries 10 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
  • Kalamata olives 5 oz
  • Rosemary 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in their skins. After that, peel and slice them into 1 cm thick rounds.

Step 2

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and do the same with the black olives and green olives. Mix everything (including the potatoes) in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add chopped rosemary, and lightly drizzle with olive oil.

Step 3

Take a baking dish. Line the bottom with parchment paper, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with a little salt. Then, arrange the ingredients in the dish and bake in the oven at 430°F for 15 minutes.
