- Potatoes 8 pieces
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Ground Cumin 1 tablespoon
- Ground coriander 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Wash the potatoes with a brush, cut them lengthwise into quarters, pour boiling water over them, and boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then drain in a colander and dry.
Step 2
Crush the garlic, place it in a blender, add cumin, ground coriander, and salt. Pour in the oil and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Coat the potatoes in the resulting oil, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and a golden crust forms.
