Baked Potatoes with Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Olive Oil to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Dried Chamomile 3 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
- Scallions 4 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl with olive oil, add dried herbs and spices (oregano, basil, dill, turmeric, curry, thyme), salt, and pepper. Use this oil to brush the halved potatoes (with skin on). Place the potatoes in the oven at 200–430°F until a nice golden crust forms.
Step 2
Finely chop or blend the fresh herbs and garlic. In a plate, mix the cottage cheese with sour cream (add as much sour cream as needed to make the cottage cheese soft), the chopped herbs, and salt.
Step 3
Place the cooked potatoes on a large plate, adding the cottage cheese on top. Garnish the table with fresh vegetables.
