Baked Potatoes with Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 8 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Chopped Green Onions 0 oz
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes well and poke them with a fork in several places. Place them on a rack in the oven and bake at 355°F until done (depends on the size of the potatoes) for about 45 minutes.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, mix it with softened butter, mayonnaise, and dill. Roll into small balls.
Step 3
Let the potatoes cool slightly and make crosswise cuts, cutting about 1 cm deep, without cutting all the way through (see photo).
Step 4
In the center of the potato (gently spreading it apart), place the cheese ball and before serving, microwave or bake for 1–1.5 minutes.
