Baked Potatoes with Cheese
Main Dishes • European
Description
This recipe uses cream. You can use any fat content, but it's better to dilute higher-fat cream with water if you don't have one with a lower fat percentage. Milk can also be used. There should be enough liquid to almost completely cover the potatoes. Remember that cheese is quite salty, so do not heavily salt the potatoes themselves. This dish can be a wonderful side or a standalone dinner option.
