- Salt to taste

Cut the raw peeled potatoes into your preferred shape. Typically, they are cut into sticks or wedges.
Step 2
On a dry, clean baking sheet lightly greased with vegetable oil, place the potatoes coated in egg, then lightly salt and sprinkle with rosemary on top.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25–40 minutes (depending on the thickness of the potatoes). During cooking, turn the potatoes a couple of times.
