Description

These baked potato boats can be served hot or cold. You can substitute ham with smoked chicken.

  • Salad Potatoes 8 pieces
  • Ham 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 1 can
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Onion ½ piece
  • Dill ½ bunch
  • Parsley ½ bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in their skins, then cool and peel.

Step 2

Next, cut each potato in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

Step 3

Finely chop the ham and onion, grate the cheese, chop the herbs, and mix them with the previously scooped potato flesh.

Step 4

Combine everything, add sour cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Then, fill each potato boat with this mixture.

Step 6

Place the boats in the oven at 220-480°F and bake for about half an hour.
