Baked Pork Neck in Beer
Ingredients
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Mustard Greens 3 tablespoons
- Pork Neck 25 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) 1 teaspoon
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Beer 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the pork neck and pat it dry.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix salt, freshly ground black pepper, chopped garlic, cumin, vegetable oil, and 50 ml of beer. Add mustard and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the resulting sauce over the piece of pork neck.
Step 4
Place the meat on a piece of foil greased with vegetable oil. Wrap it in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 1.5 hours.
Step 5
Remove the meat from the oven, unwrap the foil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, and bake again (without wrapping in foil) for 15 minutes at 390°F.
Step 6
When serving, slice the meat across into portions. A fresh vegetable salad can be served as a side dish.
