- Perch 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Onion ½ piece
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Gut, rinse, and dry the pike perch.
Step 2
Rub the fish with salt and spices on both sides and inside.
Step 3
Make cuts with a sharp knife on one side of the fish.
Step 4
Let the fish sit for about 20 minutes to absorb the spices and salt.
Step 5
Slice the vegetables and half the lemon into thin rings.
Step 6
Mix one tablespoon of mustard with the juice of the other half of the lemon.
Step 7
Spread mustard on one side of the pike perch and place it on the foil.
Step 8
Insert the vegetable and lemon rings into the prepared cuts.
Step 9
Spread mustard on the other side of the fish over the vegetables.
Step 10
Place the remaining vegetables and lemon on top of the fish.
Step 11
Tightly wrap the fish in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 12
Preheat the oven to 390°F, place the baking sheet inside, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Step 13
Open the foil 10 minutes before the end to achieve a golden crust.
