Ingredients

  • Sea Bass 5 oz
  • Rice ½ cup
  • Red Curry Powder 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the cleaned fish in a small amount of water, then remove the skin and bones, and flake the flesh with a fork.

Step 2

Cook the rice until done and drain it in a colander. Chop the egg finely.

Step 3

Combine the prepared ingredients, sauté in oil, season with salt and lemon juice. Serve the dish hot, garnished with herbs. Serve curry sauce separately in a sauceboat.
