- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 3 spoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Frankfurter sausages 4 pieces

Cook the pasta.
Step 2
Grate the cheese.
Step 3
Slice the sausages into rounds.
Step 4
In a pot, combine milk, butter, and flour, and season with salt. Place over heat, stirring constantly, and bring to a consistency similar to sour cream. Remove from heat and stir in half of the grated cheese into the sauce.
Step 5
Mix the pasta with the sauce and sausages, transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 355°F for 20 minutes.
