- Pangasius 20 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Green Apples 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the pangasius fillet, rinse, pat dry, and cut it. Season with salt, coat in flour, and place it at the bottom of a baking dish.
Step 2
Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and slice them. Lightly fry in vegetable oil, sprinkling with sugar and cinnamon, until golden brown.
Step 3
Spread the fried apples evenly over the fish.
Step 4
Pour the cream over the top.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F for 25 minutes.
