  • Merlang 5 lbs
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
  • Cotton Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Breadcrumbs 1.5 tablespoons
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour oil into a baking dish and place the washed and dried fish fillet with the skin side down. Season with salt, sprinkle with parsley and breadcrumbs, add pieces of butter, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Place the dish with the fish inside and bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately, right in the dish.
