Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Pork Blood 0 lbs
- Onion 3 pieces
- Potato 4 pieces
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Feta cheese 10 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat, pat it dry, and slice it into pieces (season each slice with salt and pepper to taste).
Step 2
Grate the potatoes using a coarse grater.
Step 3
Slice the onion into rings.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes into half-moons and coat them in mayonnaise.
Step 5
Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 6
Crush the garlic using a garlic press.
Step 7
Chop the herbs.
Step 8
Layering sequence on the baking tray (previously greased with oil): slices of meat, onions, grated potatoes, tomatoes (spread with mayonnaise).
Step 9
Place in the oven for 40–50 minutes at a temperature of 200–430°F.
Step 10
5 to 10 minutes before the cooking time is up, brush with crushed garlic, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs. Return to the oven and in just a few minutes — the dish is ready.
