Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into steaks, season with spices, and fry on all sides for 2 minutes each.
Step 2
Cut the dough to the thickness of the steak, wrap the meat, and brush with egg wash, then place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Step 3
In a saucepan, combine cream, broth, and both types of mustard, bring to a boil, add spices and butter, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
