Ingredients
- Garlic 1 head
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Peanut Butter 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Balsamic Vinegar 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pork Skewers 5 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the marinade for the ribs. For this, mix the balsamic vinegar with the crushed head of garlic, add honey, salt, pepper, chili sauce, and peanut butter. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Combine the ribs with the marinade, preferably let them sit in the refrigerator for 4–5 hours.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Step 4
Place the ribs with the marinade tightly in a foil baking tray and cover with foil.
Step 5
Put in the oven for 3–3.5 hours.
Step 6
Serve with stewed sauerkraut or fresh cabbage.
