Baked Honey Carrots
Ingredients
- Carrots 4 pieces
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Parsley to taste
- Fresh Thyme to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar ½ tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into equal pieces.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Step 3
Place a sheet of foil on a baking tray.
Step 4
Mix the carrots with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Spread them on the baking tray and place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
In a small bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar with honey. Thoroughly combine the carrots with this mixture.
Step 6
Return the carrots to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the carrots from the oven and mix them thoroughly again. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley and thyme.
Step 8
Serve warm. A great side dish for poultry and meat dishes.
