- Soy Sauce 5 tablespoons

Step 1
Clean the fish, gut it, cut it into small portion-sized pieces, and place it in a large bowl (for easy mixing).

Add paprika, dill, lemon juice, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Mix well and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
