Ingredients

  • Fish 15 oz
  • Potato 15 oz
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the washed and peeled potatoes into rounds and arrange them at the bottom of a baking dish or tray. Cut the fish fillet to your preference, but not too small, and place it on top of the potatoes.

Step 2

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and sauté it together with finely chopped onion, then add the finely chopped herbs. Allow the mixture to cool slightly and spread it evenly over the fish. Slice the tomatoes into rounds and layer them on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Bake until fully cooked.
