Ingredients
- Fish 30 oz
- Rice 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1½ tablespoons
- Butter 2½ tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the fish fillet, cool, and cut into pieces. Strain the broth.
Step 2
Slightly fry the flour in the butter, pour in two cups of broth, add salt, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Cook the rice, add salt, and mix in the butter.
Step 4
In a greased baking dish, layer the rice, fish, and sliced hard-boiled eggs, then pour the flour sauce over the top. Bake until cooked through.
