
Baked Fish with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- Pangasius 35 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dill ½ bunches
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Fillet of pangasius (which is what I used), but tilapia and sole fillets will also work. Thaw and cut it into two pieces (if you chose tilapia fillet, you do not need to cut it).
Step 2
Drizzle the fish with lemon juice, add seasoning, olive oil, and salt.
Step 3
Place the fish in a baking bag, add halved cherry tomatoes and herbs.
Step 4
Seal the bag and place it in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the cooked fish with rice or mashed potatoes.
