- Skate Fillet 15 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves

- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Clean the pike from scales, remove the insides, separate the fillet from the bones, and remove the skin. Rinse well under running water, pat dry with a paper towel, and check for any remaining bones.
Step 3
Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Also pass the onion through the meat grinder. Peel the garlic, rinse well under running water, and press it into the bowl with the fish mixture.
Step 5
Add salt and ground pepper mix to the mixture to taste. Mix everything well.
Step 6
Rinse the herbs well under running water, dry them, chop finely, and add to the mixture. Remove seeds and stems from the red bell pepper, rinse well under running water, and cut into small strips or cubes.
Step 7
Mix the filling well until homogeneous.
Step 8
Add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to the fish mixture. Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 9
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. With wet hands, shape the cakes and place them in the dish.
Step 10
Bake in the oven uncovered at 355°F for about 30–40 minutes.
