Description

  • Blue Ling Fillet 3 pieces
  • Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Dried Garlic 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Dill 3 sprigs

Prepare the ingredients, wash the fish, and remove any unwanted parts.
