- Onion 2 pieces
- Red Chili Pepper 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Cherry Tomatoes 15 oz
- Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Eggs 4 pieces

Heat the oil in a skillet, then sauté the onion, chili pepper, garlic, and cilantro stems until softened for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and sugar, and cook for 8-10 minutes until thickened. You can freeze it for 1 month.
Step 2
Make 4 indentations in the sauce with a spoon and then crack the eggs into them. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes until the eggs are set. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves and serve with crusty bread.
