Ingredients

  • Eggplants 4 pieces
  • Tomatoes 20 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Melted Cheese 10 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Basil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the eggplants into strips, coat them in flour, and fry.

Step 2

Pat the cooked eggplants with a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Step 3

Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, place them in a pot, and add basil and salt. Simmer until the tomatoes turn into a homogeneous mass.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with high sides with oil. Lightly cover the bottom with tomato sauce. Then layer some of the eggplants.

Step 5

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the eggplants.

Step 6

Slice the mozzarella and layer it next. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top. Continue layering as long as your baking dish allows.

Step 7

Bake in the oven for about half an hour.
