Ingredients
- Fish 5 lbs
- Marinated cherries 20 oz
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Oregano 2 tablespoons
- Water 15 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cleaned, gutted, rinsed, and dried dorado on a baking sheet, previously drizzled with olive oil.
Step 2
Add quartered cherry tomatoes, sliced garlic, salt, pepper, sprinkle with dried oregano, pour in water, and send to a preheated oven at 390°F for 50 minutes.
Step 3
Sprinkle the cooked fish with finely chopped parsley.
