Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 0 lbs
- Carrot 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Celery salt 1 piece
- Scallions 1 piece
- Broccoli 1 piece
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Herbes de Provence 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Wash and chop the vegetables. Place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, then season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dried herbs.
Step 3
Drizzle the drumsticks and thighs with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Place them on top of the vegetables and bake for about an hour, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the dish, stir the vegetables, and keep them in the oven for another 5–10 minutes. Allow to cool and serve. Garnish with fresh parsley.
