Ingredients
- Chicken bones 0 lbs
- Carrot to taste
- Celery salt to taste
- Potato 0 lbs
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic to taste
- Broccoli to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Thyme to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Wash and chop the vegetables.
Step 3
Place them in a baking dish.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add the dried herbs.
Step 6
Drizzle the legs and thighs with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Place on top of the vegetables and bake for about 1 hour until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken from the dish, stir the vegetables, and keep in the oven for another 5-10 minutes. Let cool and serve. Garnish with fresh parsley.
