Ingredients

  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 430°F.

Wash and chop the vegetables.

Step 3

Place them in a baking dish.

Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
