- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Butter to taste
- Onion 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Basil to taste
- Curry to taste
- Salt to taste
- Dill to taste
- Tomatoes to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Paprika to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 2
Place the chicken in a bowl, add the onion, spices, and soy sauce, and salt. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator, place it in the dish, then layer the potatoes and pour the marinade (without the onion) into the dish.
Step 6
Salt the potatoes on top.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 1.5 hours.
Step 8
Garnish with chopped dill and tomato wedges.
