  • Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • White Cabbage 15 oz
  • Parsley to taste
  • Bay leaf 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken Seasoning 2 teaspoons
  • Ketchup 2 tablespoons

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the chicken thoroughly under running water and separate it from the bone.

Cut the thigh into two parts.

Place the meat in a container, season with salt to taste, and add 2 teaspoons of chicken seasoning.
