
Baked Chicken Patties with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Dill 2 stalks
- Parsley 2 stalks
- Chives 5 stalks
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, dill, parsley, and chives.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables and herbs with the cream cheese and ground chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix again.
Step 3
Line the baking trays with parchment paper. With hands moistened in cold water, first form balls, then flatten them into patties. Try not to make the patties too thick (no more than 1–1.5 cm in height) to avoid increasing the cooking time.
Step 4
Bake the patties in a preheated oven at 355°F until cooked through (usually no more than 15–20 minutes, depending on the oven).
Step 5
Serve with young boiled potatoes with dill or a simple salad.
