
Baked Chicken Legs with Lemon

Ingredients
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Chicken Drumstick 6 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Butter 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Khmeli-suneli a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the chicken legs, lemon, and parsley.
Step 2
Grate the lemon zest, chop the parsley, and cut the lemon into 6 pieces.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the parsley, lemon zest, vegetable oil, dry or crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture onto the chicken legs.
Step 4
Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil, add pieces of butter, and drizzle everything with white wine. Bake at 390°F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
