Ingredients
- Chicken bones 1 piece
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken leg and pat it dry.
Step 2
Rub with salt on both sides.
Step 3
Season with freshly ground black pepper.
Step 4
Rub with cayenne pepper.
Step 5
Brush with oil. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours (this step can be skipped).
Step 6
Lightly grease a baking dish with oil.
Step 7
Place the leg skin side up.
Step 8
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper on top.
Step 9
Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 480°F. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Step 10
Remove the foil from the dish and bake for another 20 minutes.
